Etiahd Law Firm congratulates Managing Partner Ahmed Al Hankawi for receiving a certificate in the “Peace Research Program” from New York University conducting a study on #Women_Leadership in #Nineveh Governorate reflects his commitment to enhancing the role of women in society and contributing to achieving sustainable development. The study continued from July 2023 until January 2024.
The study indicates the importance of providing the opportunities for female leadership, to contribute to supporting women psychologically enhancing their self-confidence and abilities. Through shared research and collaboration between NYU and the University of Mosul, our understanding of the challenges and difficulties which are facing the women leaders in Nineveh Governorate can be developed.
Continuously spreading awareness of the role of women reflects the importance of enhancing their empowerment and encouraging to assume leadership positions. This study can be the basis for a deeper scientific understanding of women’s leadership and for considering other solutions to achieve progress in this field.
We hope that this academic research will have a positive impact on the local community and the scientific community, and we wish Managing Partner Ahmed AlHankawi further successes in his contributions to promoting equality and sustainable development.
