A look back at the opening of the Iraqi Arbitration Forum – Second Edition, held on 1 December 2025 as the main activity of Iraqi Arbitration Week 2025.

The Forum featured high-level institutional remarks and rich discussions on international commercial arbitration—marking an important step toward aligning Iraq with global standards and strengthening legal and commercial confidence.
