The Registrar of Companies has announced, based on Federal Court of Cassation ruling No. 323/297 and the Auditing and Accounting Profession Council directive, that final accounts will only be accepted when the submitting auditor presents a valid Association membership card.

All company final accounts must be accompanied by the auditor’s union membership verification. Submissions without this documentation will be rejected at the registry.

WHAT COMPANIES MUST DO

• Final accounts must bear the endorsement of the Auditing and Accounting Profession Council.
• Presenting the auditor’s union membership card is now a mandatory submission requirement.
• The rule applies to all companies regardless of size or sector.
• Non-compliant submissions face automatic rejection.
