Main Experience

Assist companies in preparing and submitting full corporate registration, amendment, and renewal files, ensuring compliance with Iraqi regulations and minimizing administrative delays.

Manage employer social security accounts, including employee registration, wage reconciliation, and representation before the Social Security Department during audits and inquiries.

Handle residency and work authorization files for foreign employees, coordinating documentation, approvals, and compliance checks with the Residency Directorate.

Support corporate clients during inspections and compliance reviews related to labor and social security obligations, addressing gaps and preparing corrective action plans.

Advise businesses on restructuring employee files and internal records to align with residency laws, social security requirements, and corporate governance standards.
