The Iraqi National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Iraq) proudly participated in ICC Week in Paris, the annual global gathering of more than 60 national committees from around the world, aimed at fostering international trade cooperation and advancing business governance on a global scale.

Representing Iraq at the event were:

• Ahmed Al-Yasiri – Secretary General of ICC Iraq
• Ahmed Al-Hankawi – Rapporteur of the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee ADR at ICC Iraq
• Sahar Al-Helou – International Coordinator of ICC Iraq
  
  

In a milestone achievement, ICC Iraq was honored with the ICC – NC Star Award, which recognizes the best-performing national committees worldwide. This recognition came as a result of the effective and successful implementation of the 2024–2025 annual plan, showcasing Iraq’s growing commitment to strengthening its global presence in trade and arbitration.

On the sidelines of the event, ICC Iraq also celebrated the first anniversary of Iraq’s official accession to the International Chamber of Commerce a significant step in building strategic partnerships and fostering a more robust business environment in Iraq.
