Hosted by the Ministry of Trade – Private Sector Development Directorate
The technical meeting on “The Importance of Commercial Arbitration in Investment and Trade Contracts” was organized by the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce and the International Chamber of Commerce in Iraq, with the presence of the Deputy President of the State Council and the participation of the Legal Department of the National Investment Commission and the Legal Department of the Ministry of Trade.

The meeting reaffirmed the importance of arbitration as a strategic tool for dispute resolution and for ensuring a stable and attractive legal environment for investment.
