The Registrar of Companies in Iraq has announced that the companies’ requests, applications won’t be processed if the company’s file is not updated or complied with the new instructions as announced previously, that is every company must have an IQ domain and a postal box to implement the provisions of article 17/Six/A of the Federal Budget Law 13 of 2023.
In addition, each company should also submit the actual beneficiary pledge and list of board directors as per the instructions.
Therefore, the Registrar of Companies won’t process any applications, requests unless the company submits the receipts for reserving an IQ domain and renting a postal box starting from 19 May 2024.
