- Advices regarding the organization contracts with the contractors, suppliers, employees.
- Advice for the daily procedures with the relevant authorities.
- Draft Policies, Code of Conduct, employee handbook and other types.
- Represent the organizations in all the legal lawsuits; prepare the documents, register with the Non-government directorate and obtain the cabinet’s approval for it.
- Represent before all the Iraqi courts including all the levels of the courts, police stations and the relevant directorates in the filed lawsuits against or by them any entity or individual.
- Assist in investigating and due diligence for the individuals who submit asylum, visa approach the competent authorities in confirming the information provided.
- Review contracts and provide legal opinion for the favour of the organizations such as contracts with contractors, employees, policies, code of conduct.
- Handle the procedures relate to the NGO’s vehicles and obtain the required approvals and permission.
- Obtain Approvals for specific requirements of the organization.
- Legal advice regarding the Iraqi Labour Law of Iraq abd KRG region (leaves, injury, salary, Compensation and Benefits, strategies, taxes, social security, clearance or waiver and any other issues.
- Detailed Templates for HR policies, Employee contract.
- Employee Handbook to be submitted with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
- Financial Statements preparation and submit with the NGO directorate.
